Kids at Myrtle Crest and Maple Middle spent their PE period running for a good cause. Students were able to ask for pledges from their family, friends and community members. Donations were made as a whole dollar amount or per lap. This annual fundraiser is put on by the PTK. The money earned goes toward classroom needs, dances, parties, family night events and much more.
After the students completed their run, they were given popsicles and awards for most laps in each grade.
