Myrtle Point High School- College Application Week. During Success Class, seniors will have the opportunity to receive support with college and scholarship applications. Tylar will be available in the conference room to assist with applications, answer questions, and provide resources to help students prepare for the next steps in their education journey. For students planning to enter the workforce immediately after graduation, we've arranged for several prominent community members to share their experiences and insights into various career paths. These presentations aim to broaden perspectives on local career opportunities, as well as the benefits of certifications and apprenticeships. Workforce Presentations During Success Class in Mr. Peterson's Room: • Monday: Tank Parrish • Tuesday: Dan Whittaker • Wednesday: Scott Robinson Our goal is to inspire seniors to explore all available pathways, whether they pursue higher education or join the workforce.

The Myrtle Crest Book Fair will be held next week, Oct. 14th through the 18th. Students can shop daily from 7:45 until 8:20, and from 3:15 until 4:30. The Book Fair will also be open for families to shop during Myrtle Crest's Open House on Wednesday night. Shopping on that day will be open from after school until 7:00 p.m.
